Account settings

Open your profile menu in the top-right corner and choose Settings to manage your own account.

My profile

• Click Change image to upload a new profile picture, or Remove image to clear it.
• Update your name. Your account code is shown for reference but can't be changed.

Appearance

Pick between two themes:

• Reading Room — warm, light, and paper-toned.
• Open Shelf — dark, cool-toned, easy on the eyes at night.

Selecting a theme applies it right away. Below it, the Compact menu switch collapses the left-hand sidebar down to icons only, expanding it again whenever you hover over it — handy on smaller screens.

Features

The Leasing switch turns on the Loans and Customers pages (and their entries in the sidebar) — off by default for accounts that just track a personal collection. Turning it off again hides both pages; it doesn't delete any existing loans or customers.

Language & region

Choose your preferred language and region for the app's interface.

Account & security

• Update the email address associated with your account.
• Click Change password to set a new password.
• Under Two-factor authentication, click Enable to require a code from an authenticator app when signing in: scan the QR code (or enter its key manually) with an app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password, then confirm with the 6-digit code it shows. You'll get a set of one-time backup codes — save them somewhere safe, since they're shown only once and let you sign in if you ever lose access to your authenticator app. Once set up, a badge shows it as Enabled; click Disable and confirm your password to turn it back off.
• Use Delete account if you need to permanently remove your account. This can't be undone, so you'll be asked to confirm first.

Active sessions

Every device currently signed in to your account, with its browser/OS, IP address, and when it was last active. The one you're using right now is marked This device. Click Log out next to any of them to sign that device out immediately — including, if you want, this one.

Recent logins

A running history of sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, sign-outs, and password changes on your account, newest first — a quick way to notice anything that wasn't you.

Remember to click Save in the top-right corner after making changes — it stays disabled until you've edited something.
